Properties that could very well be converted to storage space is becoming more and more in demand as storage solutions are need by almost every family or individual. Our generation is basically a ‘hoarding’ generation and we don’t tend to throw away unnecessary items (even though we already think that these are unnecessary). And I think, the consumerism characteristic would be good for storage companies as we would want more goods and don’t even want to throw old items for sentimental value; hence, demanding more storage space.
