JUST SOLD - Performance Self Storage Group Sells Self Storage REO!

Carl Touhey of Performance Self Storage Group Inc. recently SOLD Beacon Storage Company in Oakland CA to private investors.

Beacon Storage Company in Oakland CA closed escrow in June for $5,700,000. The property had been in and out of escrow in previous years and was Bank Owned at the time of the sale. The facility consists of over 900 self storage units with approximately 61,000 net rentable square feet. There are also cell towers and a billboard on the building.

PSSG's Storage Brokerage Division Sells Sierra Self Storage

Sierra Self Storage, a self storage facility located in Madera California recently sold for $950,000 to private investors by Carl Touhey of Performance Self Storage Group's brokerage division. The property will be re-branded Madera Self Storage.

Located at 16390 Golden State Blvd. in Madera, the facility consists of 266 self storage units along with outside RV/Boat spaces. The facility is a 1st generation single story property located right on Highway 99 with development potential down the road. At the time of sale, the property was 80% full and the buyers plan improving the look and management/marketing of the property.
