Beacon Storage Company in Oakland CA closed escrow in June for $5,700,000. The property had been in and out of escrow in previous years and was Bank Owned at the time of the sale. The facility consists of over 900 self storage units with approximately 61,000 net rentable square feet. There are also cell towers and a billboard on the building.
