it has recently sold Spare Room Mini Storage in Bakersfield CA located on 4601
White Lane. The property has excellent visibility on White Lane and consists of
76,895 net rentable square feet, with 740 self storage units. All of the
storage units are located on the ground level and the property was built in
1982. At the time of sale, the facility was 77% physically rented. The new
owners plan to bring this older facility up to today’s standards and improve
the current marketing plan.
